The Corner is a physical and online space to connect with people, share what you know, find opportunities, or just switch off for a while. Some people come to perform or sell. Some come because they haven't spoken to anyone all week. Both are exactly what this is for.
You don't join The Corner. You just turn up, and you already belong.
There is no entry requirement
- You don't need to be a creative, business owner, performer or practitioner.
- You don't need to be struggling or receiving support.
- You don't need to arrive with something to contribute.
- You don't need to buy anything to justify being there.
Meet people. Share what you do. Find opportunities. Have tea. Listen quietly. Do absolutely nothing. All of it counts.

Why It Exists
Belonging shouldn't have a price of admission
Too many spaces ask something of you before you're let in: money, confidence, the right qualifications, the energy to perform. The Corner started because that shouldn't be the cost of belonging.
Circles offer a low-pressure way back into connection, whether that's making a friend, building a bit of confidence, finding some work, or just having somewhere to sit that isn't home. Small, ordinary things. They add up.
The Corner exists to give people somewhere gentle to land when life feels heavy, and somewhere to grow when they're ready.

Belonging is free. Opportunity is encouraged.
The Corner isn't anti-money or anti-business. It's anti-exclusion.
Artists deserve to sell their work. Musicians deserve bookings. Small businesses need customers. People should be able to promote themselves, find collaborators, and get paid for what they bring.
Perform, teach, sell, advertise, find collaborators, or volunteer if you want to. Nobody's time is automatically assumed to be free.
Being here is always free. What you choose to buy or take part in is up to you. People selling, performing or teaching can earn from what they bring.
Nobody should have to spend money to belong, but everybody should have the opportunity to earn from what they bring.

The Corner is built to travel, and to be shaped by the people who gather there.
Suggest an idea, lead a Circle, or help start a Corner in your own town. Every local Corner can look different while sharing the same values.
